Maskaras Mexican Grill is owned by Zulma V. Hernández & Rodolfo Jiménez. But they don’t just own the place, they work there as well. I’ve been there several times and they are always there. I have tried several dishes there but I always get tacos as well.
The thing that sets this restaurant apart, other than the amazing food, is that it is wrestling-themed. Yes, professional wrestling. There are masks and life-sized (almost) models of the actual wrestlers everywhere.
In the hall where the bathrooms are located, you see at least a hundred photos from the owners’ life. It is amazing to see everyone that they know.
